General Information

Wedely.com is a platform that allows you to find restaurants and stores that offer home delivery or pickup. By entering your address, you can browse menus and catalogs, add products to your cart and place orders online.

No, orders can be placed exclusively through the website or application.

If there are no available businesses in your area, you won't be able to place orders. Wedely is continuously expanding to new cities. You can suggest restaurants through the Contact Us page.

Check your mailbox and Spam folder. If the problem persists, change the email address in your account.

Account and Personal Data

In the 'My Account' section you can modify: personal data, addresses, phone, password and favorites. Access from the 'Login' button on the homepage.

In the 'My Account' section, select 'Addresses' to add locations like 'Home' and 'Work'. The address will be selectable during ordering.

Click on 'Forgot Password?' on the login page and enter your email. Also check your Spam folder.

Access your profile and click on 'Delete Account'. Warning: this operation is irreversible.

Each phone number can be associated with only one account. Contact support through the Contact Us page.

Orders and Deliveries

In the 'Orders' section of your account. For deliveries by Wedely partners, information in real time. For other deliveries, contact the restaurant.

It is not possible to modify or cancel automatically. Contact customer service through the Contact Us page or the business.

Times are approximate. Delays possible during peak periods.

Can be scheduled up to 180 days in advance, specifying date and time. The business can cancel due to unavailability.

Use the 'Notes' field in the cart to specify changes or customizations.

The minimum varies for each restaurant. Visible in the restaurant page and in the cart. Delivery costs are not counted.

The delivery fees vary based on distance. Shown during ordering.

Reviews and Feedback

Available within 30 days of the order via order link or invitation email.

Publication after manual verification within 48-72 hours.

Allergies and Food Intolerances

Use the 'Notes' field during checkout. For severe allergies, ordering is not recommended.

Restaurants are legally required to provide information about allergens. Always verify directly with them.

Only the chef knows the exact ingredients. Ingredients might vary compromising your safety.
